We help our clients to setup their Services Operational Center (SOC) with competent staff that allow our customers to rapidly respond to their problems. A secure Internet portal allows them to place or follow their orders using our customized Dynamics Tool, which helps them to choose between hundreds of pre-approved and selected suppliers and logistics partners with cost and delivery times.

Manufacturing / merchant supply of controlled items

Our expertise in sourcing and integrating significant NATO and Non-Standard military equipment and controlled products globally and delivering them to hostile environments is a key reason for our growing business with the US Department of Defense and Special Forces.

We offer both, new production as well as surplus stocks. All new production items offered are produced in accordance with each country’s Ministry of Defense and Military Bureau specifications, applying Quality Management Systems consistent with ISO 9001:2015. Each weapon lot delivered to our customer is inspected and tested by the manufacturer, then inspected by Multinational Defense Services to ensure full compliance with the Design Bureau requirements.

Training and support services

We provide all necessary means: design and layout of workshops, tools, test benches, documentation, repair kits, etc. We train staff, assist them in setting up workshops and provide technical assistance as needed. The hiring of qualified staff and the continuous development of their skills is paramount to our continued excellence in performance.

In response to a growing demand to improve availability, increase self-reliance, and build know-how and skills, we design and deploy workshops to locally repair equipment and systems sold. We also added to our portfolio repair and maintenance services.

OCR operates with a client-focused, client-program priority in mind. Within each sector, our experts and managers are embedded with client staff. They firmly deliver and support the client program at the forefront of their platform/infrastructure security plan. Within that plan, we provide risk analysis daily, generally based on local feedback and source information, which is used in our proprietary framework of the security approach for that client/day. Strategically, OCR aims to ensure the client business is not impacted and on-time and OCR considers itself an enabler to the client mission.

Maritime Security services

OCR has successfully provided maritime security solutions to the industry since 2014. We were founded as a Munition production company. In 2014, OCR partnered with Swiftships, a global naval provider, to support an essential maritime security arena. OCR ventured into the newest vertical launching, Security Maritime Services (SMS), and continued to innovate a wide range of maritime security services.

Our global footprint and longstanding partnerships within the defense industry coupled with our best practices make OCR the best partner at an affordable cost to support clients through the Gulf and Indian Ocean High-Risk Areas, where OCR successfully provides armed and unarmed maritime security solutions with the highest security protection to assets and personnel across A-BOT and K-AOT platforms.

Insurgency/Piracy Protection

OCR team works with several regional organizations in Southeast Asia under the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP). Following the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), we have developed a great deal of experience. We use the formation of Sharing Portal with member states’ navies and ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting-Plus Expert Working Group Maritime Security Field Training Exercise to track growing activities among Southeast Asian countries and devise strategies and plans for our clients to help facilitate their trades.

Platform Protection

OCR provides domestic and international oil rig security, offering on-location oil field and oil platform protection in Iraq, Africa, and around the globe. OCR experts provide force protection and unmanned services for oil rig security within Iraq using sophisticated drones and perimeter sensors. Our current client is the Iraqi Navy, since Iraq produces around 4.5 million barrels per day, to increase business opportunity for the Ministry of Oil.

OCR’s particular attention to the quality of a carefully selected pool of specialist consultants, all thoroughly trained and qualified with significant experience providing maritime security services, earned OCR its first Maritime Security Services in UmQasr Naval Base under US Navy contract. Our considerable experience in maritime operations, combined with our long-standing reputation for quality and safety, makes us the right choice for naval security services in high-risk areas.

OCR is able to capitalize on decades of accumulated knowledge and expertise in the domestic and international munition industry. Our project managers are industry veterans who manage complex defense projects and share deep knowledge in the field. OCR’s project management assistance supports customers in finding solutions tailored to their needs. Our services include:

Our portfolio includes standard and non-standard munitions to USSOCOM and Army as well as first hand experience in weapons maintenance, repair and testing of these weapons. OCR is ready to provide program management, vendor coordination to readily facilitate the continues life cycle management for weapon systems and components shall include, but is not limited the following:

OCR material planning, ordering, inventory management, and supplier diversity is managed through the OCR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, which houses hundreds of domestic and international suppliers that have maintained a long-lasting relationship with favorable terms. MDS’s supplier relationships offer significant advantages to the warfighter to include availability and timeliness of part and supplies as well as technical data packages for the weapons.

Working with industry veterans and experts, who share both technical and operational skills, we are able to offer a variety of training packages. Our educational engineering department analyzes and develops training systems that best suits clients’ particular cases and requirements.
