Carla earned two BA degrees in Education, and has used that background to develop sales training programs and inventory management systems, while leading sales and operations, all specifically aligned to create world-class sales organizations.

Further, Carla serves as an excellent bridge between the senior leadership team and the front-line of the organization, aiding in the creation of OCR’s strategic vision, and providing executable tactics aligned with the overall mission of the company. Carla currently leads OCR’s West Coast Small Arms Division sales and is poised to be an increasingly influential leader for the organization going forward.
