He was recently appointed Vice President to his predecessor, Dr. Timothy (Tim) Carter. Steve is critical in driving operational excellence, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that the company’s production aligns with strategic goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance. Steve manages Ammunition and Firearms manufacturing and critical programs across US defense sectors. He brings a wealth of knowledge in Military and Commercial manufacturing sales and marketing strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the machine technology industry, Steven has contributed to the design and manufacturing of high-tech components and precision parts for the military, commercial, and firearms industries.

Steve has been an instrumental team member of OCR and still serves as the Presidnet of Trojan Firearms, LLC (TFA) and CNC Graduate Machiney, LLC (CNC) by developing and implementing new production/manufacturing processes and operations, ensuring alignment with the OCR’ overall goals and objectives. In addition, at CNC, he oversees operational efficiency by leading and managing the manufacturing and operations teams and process improvement to meet the highest quality standards.

At TFA, Steve’s keen eye for implementing technological advancements and integration of various systems will enhance TFA’s manufacturing processes and operational efficiencies, such as automation or digitalization, by driving operational excellence, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that TFA production aligns with strategic goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, Firearms and Explosive (BATF&E) compliance.
