CNC Machining
Precision Machined Parts and Components
OCR’s CNC division provides manufacturing and production of critical parts and components for our commercial and government clients. Our proven ISO 9001:2015 derived processes use industry standards that are repeatable, documented, and incorporated into our daily operations. We employ rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) process using ASQ Certified Quality Engineers, Certified Calibration Technicians, and Certified Quality Auditors, and on the infrastructure and operations side, we have adopted ISO 2768.
Our comprehensive governance methodology of the best practices, process discipline, and resource availability enables us to provide tangible and strategic benefits to our customers. Several of our successful contracts are large, primarily due to management maturity. Our client list includes INTEL, Sanoma Scientific, Marki Microwave, Swiftships, and Trojan Firearms.
