Steve is critical in driving operational excellence, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that the company’s production aligns with strategic goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Edmundo Apodaca

VP, Compliance and Licensing

He provides the company with in-depth global perspectives, especially of Latin American affairs coupled with a security background. Mr. Edmundo worked with the Department of Justice, U.S. Border Patrol on the U.S. Mexico border in California while studying Criminology and Law Enforcement.

Daniel Casey Missal

As Vice-President of Governance & Analytics, Mr. Missal oversees policy, communication, risk, document, and change management practices to improve efficiency and reporting. Mr. Missal facilitates business unit alignment into a single governance framework, to improve organizational transparency and performance.

Konstantine Sarakinis

Konstantine is responsible for leading OCR’s sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. He is responsible for regional ammunition and firearm sales channels by creating and executing sales strategies and developing and managing global sales. He brings a breadth of experience in sales and finance.  

Jeff Cavanaugh

Jeff brings a wealth of experience to OCR, with a strong background in defense programs, including product development and continuous improvement, plant engineering, and process optimization. His strong expertise in technical production management in small and large caliber – from technical requirements definition and costing to complete data package.

Mohammad Usman

Director
Production and Operations

As the Director of Business Operations, Usman oversees effective operating procedures across OCR production facilities. He is responsible for reviewing OCR’s production procedures and policies, following OCR’s standards. He is also accountable for making inferences about factors like communication or productivity and working with the compliance department to implement OSHA procedures.  

Mike Makableh

Production & Quality Control Manager

As a Project Management Doctoral (major), Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in small “Weapons and Ammunition” Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality Control. As the lead, he is pivotal in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations while upholding high-quality standards.

Heidi Uffelman

Compliance Manager

Heidi Uffelman is a Compliance Manager for OCR Global. In this position, she is responsible for ensuring company compliance with legal standards and internal policies.  She researches and reviews current laws and regulations, and determines their impact on the Company.

3D Design

Mohamed brings to OCR a wealth of creativity and technical expertise in the field of 3D design. He builds and renders 3D models of OCR products, including ammunition and weapon system models, interior and exterior design of facilities and virtual planning.  Working together with engineers, his invaluable service provides clients with clarity in their decision-making process via highly detailed and immersive information packages.

Hieu Huynh

Sr. Production &
QA Specialist

Hieu brings 25 years of QA experience. He works with engineers and other personnel regarding product information such as design, capacity, purpose, and types of materials for fabrication. Hieu analyzes written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and oral instructions to plan layout and determine the sequence of operations, and ensures final product quality. He is also responsible for protype development, testing and mass production set-up. 

Tri Nguyen

Sr. Machinist

Tri brings 30 years of production experience. He is responsible for producing complex prototype machined parts and components by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control, vertical mills, lathes, and traditional conventional machines. Maintains quality and safety standards and maintains supplies and equipment.
