Konstantine is responsible for leading OCR’s sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. He is responsible for regional ammunition and firearm sales channels by creating and executing sales strategies and developing and managing global sales. He brings a breadth of experience in sales and finance.  

As the lead for Sales and Marketing, he is responsible for managing all OCR brands, distribution channels, and sales deployment for the organization. He is also responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on OCR’s goals and promoting the organization’s sales growth and customer satisfaction.
